At Digitile Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order, please review our policy below:

Returns

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories or tags.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount.

 

🔄 Return Process:

  • Customers can initiate a self-return by logging into their Digitile Hub account and selecting the order they wish to return.

  • Follow the prompts to complete the return process.

  • If you need further assistance, contact us at support@digitilehub.com.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged (see below).

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

 

💰 Partial Refund or Store Credit:

If the return does not meet full eligibility (e.g., missing packaging or signs of use), we may:

  • Offer a partial refund, or

  • Provide store credit instead of a full refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

📸 Proof Requirement:

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please send clear photos or videos to support@digitilehub.com within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Approval Process:

  • Once approved, customers may choose:

    • A full refund (including shipping), or

    • A replacement product at no additional cost.

     

  • Digitile Hub covers all shipping fees for approved defective or damaged items.

  • If not approved, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refunds for Missing or Undelivered Packages

📦 If marked as delivered but not received:

  • Refunds will not be issued for items marked as delivered by the courier.

  • Please check with neighbors and contact the courier directly.

🚚 If genuinely undelivered:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of expected delivery to initiate an investigation.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • ⚠️ Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

 

Late Returns

  • If your return is after 7 days but within 8 days, contact our support team.

  • We may accept it at our discretion, possibly with a restocking fee or conditions.

 

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after:

    1. We receive and inspect the return.

    2. It meets all eligibility criteria.

     

Terms & Conditions

  • All returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Digitile Hub reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet policy criteria.

  • We may issue a partial refund or store credit for returns that don’t fully qualify.
