Digitile Hub products are fulfilled from the United States. 

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and select international destinations.

All customs duties, VAT, and import fees are fully covered by us.

You will never be charged extra upon delivery.

Depending on the items in your order, products may be prepared and shipped from different U.S. fulfillment locations. As a result, one order may arrive in multiple shipments.

📦 Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Some products are prepared and shipped from different U.S. fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple products, it may be divided into separate shipments.

Items may arrive on different days, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package as it is dispatched.

Your complete shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment.

⏱ Processing Time

• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Some made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

📲 Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email or SMS.
• If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
