At Digitile Hub, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, securely, and at the best possible rates. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • United States Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days using USPS

  • International Orders (UK, Europe, Canada, Australia): Estimated delivery within 3–14 business days using DHL

  • Express & Overnight Shipping: Available for select locations; orders must be placed before 12 PM (local time)for next-day delivery

For orders from the U.S. and internationally, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to track your package in real time. You can also visit our Order Tracking Page to follow your delivery status.

Shipping Issues & Delays

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Digitile Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been marked as delivered.

  • Shipping Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or carrier delays) may impact shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges
